Page Titles Reporting

In addition to reporting web pages by their URL addresses, TrackSite allows to track and report pages by their respective titles attached to each page by <title> tag in HTML source code or by special JavaScript code on each page or independently configured with special titles mapping settings. This allows aggregating statistics for multiple pages; enables highly readable and meaningful reporting; and may dramatically increase information value of web analytics reports.

In particular, title-based web analytics is especially valuable for web sites that use server-side scripting to generate pages (such as e-commerce web shops, catalogs, chats, forums, web logs, wiki, etc.), which may otherwise have pages reported by non-unique, unreadable URLs destroying much of information value of web analytics.
